Abstract:: Asthma is a chronic inflammatory airway disease that exhibits pronounced diurnal variation in symptom severity, suggesting a regulatory role for the molecular circadian clock (MCC). This thesis investigates the impact of the MCC and its disruption on immune responses in allergic diseases such as asthma, focusing specifically on eosinophils, neutrophils, T cells, and monocyte-derived macrophages.
