- As leader of the research unit for experimental and molecular hepatology my main research interests are in the fields of pathophysiology of sclerosing cholangitis and biliary liver fibrosis, mechanisms of cell injury in cholestatic liver disease and pharmacological treatment of cholestatic liver diseases.
