We report a case of an 11-year-old girl who presented with fluctuating bilateral muscular weakness of the extraocular muscle and of varying amounts of bilateral ptosis. These symptoms and a positive acetylcholine receptor antibody titer led to the presumptive diagnosis of myasthenia gravis, which did not match the fundus findings.
